Call for Cases

Interested in presenting your case at the 10th Annual Cancer Genomics Conference, Genetics in Clinical Cancer Care: Controversies, Insights & Scalable Solutions? Send us your challenging cases from your genetic cancer risk assessment practice for interdisciplinary case review during the conference by April 8, 2022.

Submit a Case

This year, we are particularly interested in addressing cases with test results yielding:
  • Challenging variant classifications or conflicting variant interpretations
  • Incidental findings
  • Complex interpretation suggesting mosaicism or other complex interpretation
  • Challenging management questions, such as for low or moderate risk genes
  • Tumor test results that suggest germline genetic alterations
  • Challenging PRS reports, such as PRS discrepant with empiric risk models
We will select from case submissions for you to present during the conference. Direct questions regarding case submissions to Dev Tanna at . We look forward to learning from your challenging cases during the conference!
